Social Security System (SS Number)

  2. Requirements: Birth Certificate/Driver’s License/Passport/Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) card
Pag-IBIG (RTN/MID Number)
  1. MDF Form
    *How to accomplish MDF on Page 3 - 54
    Types of Number:
    1. Pag-IBIG Membership ID (MID) Number – a unique 12- digit number series assigned to a registered member.
    2. Registration Tracking Number (RTN) - refers to system-generated number issued after completion of online registration.

  2. Requirements: LOA Form, Birth Certificate
    *Employer will process your TIN Number, you just have to send them the requirements through email (hr-team@boomering.ph)
