How to Set Up Your Sprout Account


Setting Up Sprout Account

This guide is intended for first-time access to your Sprout account. If you have accessed your account before, please log in directly or reset your password if you don't remember it.
  1. Go to Sprout website.

  2. Input your credentials then click Submit.

    Credentials Format
    Username: Company Code\Employee ID
    Our company code is Boo08. It is spelled out as: Capital B, small o, small o, Zero, Eight.
    Default Password: First letter of your first name, followed by the first letter of your last name, then the first 3 digits of your TIN, and your birth year.
    Notes: Your recorded details in Sprout are solely based on Zoho People.
                 For employees who do not have their TIN number in Zoho People, please use 000.
                 The default password will not work if you have previously accessed your account.

    Credentials Example
    Username: Boo08\B0258
    Password: BS7541998

  3. You will then be prompted to change your default password.


  4. An alert will pop up once you have successfully changed your password. Click OK.


  5. Next, you will be directed to Sprout’s Updated Terms and Policy. Click Continue to Sprout Payroll
    to proceed to the Dashboard.


  6. On your Dashboard, you will see the Payroll Summary. Click the View button to download your payslip.
